Sam Faulks – Ray White ( Canberra )

Since joining the real estate industry more than 5 years ago, Sam Faulks has injected the company with his unique blend of determination, skill and humour to great effect. Following a decorated career in Sales, where he was well on his way to joining the Elite ranks of the industry, Sam took a sidestep to head up the Property Management division of Ray White Belconnen and he has never looked back.
His systematic approach to doing business has led Sam to introduce many new processes into Property Management to provide extraordinary experiences for Landlords and Tenants alike. Sam’s inherent requirement for fairness brings a human touch to managing his clients investments, and his career in Sales has equipped him with exceptional negotiation skills – a trademark not common enough in the business of managing rental properties.
Sam has grown the Property Management business from just one person to four people in very short time, and now works closely with his team to ensure best practice standards are constantly met. He enjoys mentoring new staff as well as keeping a Director’s eye on the finer details of each and every property, which he knows is important to his clients.
Sam is the General Manager and a Director of the Ray White Belconnen business, of which he is also part owner. He oversees a number of programs, including the business’ Community and Induction programs, which are both areas that he is very passionate about.
Outside of work Sam’s family comes first, and he recently became a Dad for the first time – an experience that changed his life. He lives locally, is a qualified Personal Trainer and he enjoys keeping fit and playing Oztag. Prior to entering the real estate industry Sam travelled widely and has spent several years overseas in Europe, the UK and South America. Travel is a passion and something he looks forward to committing more time to in the years ahead.
