Martin Gore- McGees Property

Martin is the founding Director of McGees (NT) Pty Ltd who trades as McGees Property. McGees (NT) Pty Ltd evolved from Territory Valuation Services which was formed in 1995. He has been a valuer in the Territory since 1987. He is the licensee for McGees Property and works in all aspects of the business.

Martin has completed work throughout the Northern Territory but in particular in the ‘Top End’. This work has included commercial, industrial, residential, rural and development projects.

With more than 35 years experience as a valuer, Martin has gained vast experience in the valuation of all types of property. These valuations have been prepared for a variety of reasons. Many of them have been for court evidence. This has included appearing as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory, The Family Law Court of Australia, The Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, The Work Health Court and the Land Acquisition Tribunal and in various arbitration matters. In August 2008 Martin was appointed to the Valuation Board of Review Panel.
