Originally from New Zealand, Jen and her husband were working in Karratha when her husband was transferred to Broome and then ultimately Darwin.

Adrienne O’Shea – Stockdale & Leggo Pty

home at Stockdale & Leggo in 2011, fitting right in “with the good old fashion values and service” that the company upholds. Not long after, Adrienne had at the opportunity to take over the Darwin franchise and she grasped it with both hands, working tirelessly to build the rent roll organically before moving on to purchase a further rent roll. Her passion was infectious, and it wasn’t long before Rod decided it was time to get off the tools and join the real estate game as well.
Now as Principal Director, Adrienne has a variety of roles in the business; from sales agent and property manager, right down to managing public relations and the office as a whole. People know me for my solid and gentle communications skills, and my ability to develop strong relationships with clients. They also know me for my big, wide, happy grin and infectious laugh (my sister Michelle made me write that!)

My core strength is problem solving and keeping the peace. This is mainly due to my gentle nature, my experience and the high expectations and standards that I have maintained (not to mention my fabulous, easy going and happy personality of course!)

After almost 20 years of experience as a Property Manager, my role in our family business as Department Manager includes training new team members, ongoing one on one training and coaching, group training, establishing and monitoring procedures and performance. I am born and bred in Darwin, and the elder twin (by two and a half minutes) to Maria. Given that we were womb mates (hahaha!) you’d think we’d need some time apart but no … We grew up together, lived together, worked together, and have the same friends. A true indication of what it is like in our family. We are all very close and relish being in each others lives both personally and professionally – basically all the time!

My passion for close relationships includes the friendships that I have with our lifelong friends that are considered family. I love the Darwin lifestyle which is why I have never left! I relish in the outdoors and love fishing &crabbing adventures and going for walks on the beach with my husband Jon, our son Billy and our dog Bynoe – we live in a beautiful, tropical place that we make the most of.

Charlotte Foley – Ray White(Darwin and Palmerston )

Originally from England, Charlotte has been a territory resident for over two years now. Leaving home to go travel the world, she heard about Darwin during her tour and decided to settle down after her regional work had come to an end. She loves the laid back way of lifestyle, security and how convenient working and living in Darwin can be.

Beginning work in the industry as soon as she left school in 2006, Charlotte has accumulated a great deal of real estate experience over the past decade. Starting in an administration position at a small family run letting agency while still in the United Kingdom, she then spent three years with Knight Frank working with both property insurance and facilities management. After resettling in Darwin she found herself working in commercial real estate for TIO and soon after their closure Charlotte returned to her traditional role in property management.

Charlotte enjoys that every day is different in her role, and filled with new obstacles to challenge her experience. She knows that thing can change in her role at any second, and that staying alert is all part of her doing the role to the best of her abilities. She has alway felt that a career Property Management is progressive and not a position that leads to a dead end. Property management not only leads to various career pathways but develops the skills needed for advancement in a professional field.
